中黄国际教育集团引进国际课程中的“高富帅”,同时也是最具挑战性的国际教育项目——IB课程,与中国基础教育课程大纲进行整合,创造出中西合璧的国际化课程体系。

这是一种“亦中亦西”的教育模式,吸收国际教育擅长素质教育的优势,同时又继承了新中国成立以来基础教育“双基扎实”的经验成果。

  这种中西合璧的课程体系从研发到实施都具有极强的挑战性,对学术团队领导和一线教师要求极高。这种课程体系需要一位具有教育开拓精神并且精通中西两种教育的领路人。



中黄国际教育聘请资深的国际教育专家、IBO亚太地区培训官、IB国际学校授权专家、前新西兰教育学院副院长、中国教育部国际学校评估专家组成员,担任中黄国际教育学术总校长。由于特殊的人生经历与职业生涯履历,崔校长对中西两种教育模式都有着深刻而又独到的理解。

“合璧”的经典案例


鉴于中西合璧国际教育模式的专业性与独特性,外教作为国际化学校教师队伍的重要组成部分,必须在严格培训和规范管理的前提下,发挥积极性与优势。



按照中黄年度教育管理工作规划,中黄CAC(课程评估中心)与人力资源部精心策划,ITC(信息中心)提供信息技术支持,中黄国际第二次外教培训活动在黄埔区中黄外国语小学举行,外教Brian先生担任主持。来自5所学校的外教参加培训,崔建社总校长出席活动现场并做重要讲话。


崔校长代表集团对外教表达了肯定与信任。崔校长说:“外籍教师是学校社区的重要组成部分,而不能仅仅定位为语言教师。您们在探究教学中有着中国教师所没有的优势,在中黄中西合璧的课程体系建设中发挥着生力军的作用。集团为大家专门留出时间,交流思想、相互了解、建立信任和培养归属感。”



按照探究教学的体验、参与和互动原则,实小的易军老师和何何谟辰二位老师经过精心准备,按照中黄“快普乐”五步探究教学法,全程中文给这些“老外们”上一堂汉字课。通过当学生来理解如何做老师,既克服了讲授式培训所产生的语言障碍,又加深了培训的效果。


“国际文凭小学项目所提提倡的建构主义方法不仅适用于学生的学习,同样也适用于国际文凭小学项目学校中教师和管理人员的学习。”(《小学项目的实施:小学项目学校中的教学领导》)


活动的另外一大特色就是,通过即时通信系统,与远在巴基斯坦一所IB名校的教师们进行直播式互动,进行“跨国教研”。



在活动会上,来自外小的Hannah老师以白云区中大附属外国语小学外教们的教学掠影为素材,制作了精美的视频,分享和表达了中西融合的教育模式带给她的感受。她说自己的教育视野得到了开阔,非常喜欢并且参与小学项目多样化的探究教学;学生可以通过采访、调查、制作视频与创作作品等多种方式进行学习。


这次培训活动,外教们不仅仅获得了极大的收获,同时也提出了很多有价值的IDEA

My perspective on international education is shaped by my experiences. I really enjoyed school and was actively involved in my learning, which inspired me to become more involved in education. I worked as a teaching assistant, getting a better understanding of how to help students with special education needs before competing teacher training as a maths teacher where I endeavoured to inspire a love of maths by teaching for understanding in an inquiry based way. Since coming to China I now work in a department where we collaborate and share ideas, we work with our Chinese colleagues to broaden our focus and deliver an education thats more international. I presented a video showing how our department has put these things into practice. By Hannah

International education in China is represented in many private international and IB schools. The amount of schools is growing rapidly each year. The higher the competition the higher the quality and the lower  the price. At the present stage the state of teaching English still leaves much to be desired but I am sure it will change in the near future. The IB system is becoming more and more popular and it will affect Chinese education system in a good way.By Tom

3 short stories. Context is everything, we view the world through lenses that are shaped by experience and culture. In international education we should teach students to understand that there are various ways to see the world. I referenced 3 short stories in my talk: 1) a man stopped me in China and told me that I shouldn't be wearing shorts because it's too cold (mind your business), 2) my home town in Canada is very windy, everyone knows you can't use umbrellas (even when it's not windy, they still think you can't use umbrellas), 3) how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time! I recommended a book called Little Soldiers (Lenora Chu) about an american woman's experience enrolling her son in a Shanghai kindergarten, a very enlightening story describing the issues in cross-cultural understaning in modern China.( By Kevin Sparling)

The demo class was really helpful because it helped us to empathise more with our students. The 3 introductions were good because it helped us see different viewpoints on IB and how it can be interpreted. Group discussion was fab because we had the opportunity to discuss our concerns and share best practice! The training was very hands on and practical, which is what I feel was needed. It gave us a chance to experience and IB class from our student's perspective. The presentations allowed the speakers to give their personal viewpoints, which I feel were fairly relatable. The open discussion gave us the opportunity to get other people's experiences and thoughts on various topics of teaching and education. The live link up was a nice touch ~ so we can get their thoughts and perspective on the training. Having a social dinner was nice too- great way to end the session.(By John)
